My name is Daniel Wang. I began my musical journey in 2006 at the age of 5 by learning violin and piano. I had various private teachers for both instruments until I was around 18 years old. Since then, I've continued to learn both instruments through self-study. Along the way, I've also dabbled in guitar, viola, and various other instruments. I've had the opportunity to showcase my musical talents in diverse settings, including church services, nursing homes, and large-scale public events like multiple conferences and a live concert by The Piano Guys.
Since 2015, I've been sharing my musical expertise as a teacher. I've had the privilege of instructing students of all ages, ranging from 4-year-olds to individuals in their sixties. My teaching style is characterized by flexibility, allowing my students the freedom to explore the music they're passionate about, learn techniques they're interested in, and pursue their unique musical aspirations. I emphasize the importance of my students finding fulfillment in the music they create, prioritizing their personal musical journey over adhering to a rigid teacher's agenda. Having experienced personal growth and character development through learning music myself, I strive to encourage similar growth in my students.
